When you use SheCan, we collect minimal information:
- Conversation Data: Your chat conversations with the AI mentor are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload this data to any server.
- Purchase Records: Your in-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple App Store. We only receive transaction status to unlock features.
- Contact Information: If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide (email address, messages).
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you use SheCan, we may automatically collect:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version (for technical support and app improvements)
- Usage Data: App crashes and errors (to improve app stability)
- Technical Data: IP address (temporarily, for API requests to Google Gemini)
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Gemini API: We send your messages to Google's Gemini API to generate AI responses. Google does not use your API data to train their models. Please review Google's Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store: For in-app purchases, Apple processes your payment information. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy.

- Local data is stored securely on your device using iOS security features
- We do not store your conversations on any server
5. Your Privacy Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

- View Your Data: All your conversation history is stored locally on your device. You can view it directly in the app.
- Delete Your Data: You can clear all local data at any time through the app settings. This will delete all conversation history and preferences.
- Export Your Data: Your conversations are stored locally - you have full access to them on your device.
5.2 Opt-Out Options
- You can stop using the app at any time
- You can clear all local data through app settings
- You can disable in-app purchases through your device settings
6. Data Retention
We retain your information as follows:
- Conversation Data: Stored locally on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app
- Purchase Records: Managed by Apple App Store according to their policies
- Support Communications: Retained for as long as necessary to provide support
When you delete the app or clear data, all local information is immediately removed from your device.
7. Children's Privacy
SheCan is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
8. International Data Transfers
When you use SheCan, your messages are sent to Google's Gemini API servers, which may be located outside your country of residence. Google processes this data according to their privacy policy and does not use it for training their models.

Our app integrates with the following third-party services:
